ASHTANGA BASICS
What sounds like a big scary word is simply broken down into Ashta, meaning 8, and anga, meaning limbs. Through vinyasa, movement linked with breath, we will break down traditional ashtanga poses, as well as delve into aspects of the other seven limbs. This is a class for all levels.

HATHA VINYASA YOGA
A mixed level class combining vinyasa (flowing through postures with the breath), traditional hatha (holding postures with emphasis on alignment and deepening), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, sound healing, and aromatherapy.

TAO YOGA
This class combines Qi Gong’s slow movements and deep breathing with yoga poses. It’s designed to open the energy channels (meridians) of the body, increase flexibility, and tonify the immune system.
